Optical Assistant
  • We are seeking an enthusiastic Optical Assistant to join our dynamic team. This varied and interesting position will suit someone who is passionate about providing first-class customer care. The right candidate must have excellent communication skills and a desire to help. Attention to detail and accuracy is also a must. You will work in a busy and fast-paced environment, liaising closely with colleagues.
  • As the first port of call for clients you will;
  • Book appointments, dealing efficiently with a wide variety of enquiries using varied communication channels.
  • Greet patients on arrival, checking details and completing the associated administration.
  • Assist clients in choosing frames, making confident and considered suggestions that make them feel fabulous!
  • Process orders and fit the finished eyewear.
  • Be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the day working to the latest clinical guidelines.
